Bad Blogger.....Bad

So, I have obviously not been the best blogger (or any blogger at all) for the last month.  I really hate admitting this but I basically let my injury beat me.  Not being able to exercise for 4 weeks took it's toll and pretty much threw me back to square one!  I have gone on two runs since I've healed and both were decent (I wasn't sucking wind as much as I thought I would) but getting back into the habit of "training" has been difficult.  I wasn't able to participate in any of the races I signed up for which was a bummer but the summer is not over and I am hoping to get a couple of 5Ks in yet.  I want to get back on track and having this blog (and reading everyone else's) helped me a lot.  I am a beginner (again :)) and am ok with that.  I am going to get onto a 5K training plan and just start over- fresh, renewed, healed, and recharged.  All support is welcome and very much appreciated :)!!

No worries...I've fallen off the wagon more times than I can count on my fingers AND toes. Hang in there little mama!

no need to apologize. for the entire month of february i jumped off the wagon voluntarily. i think what counts is that you get right back on and just forget about falling. theres always a tomorrow :)

I have a hard time blogging when I dont run. I think we all understand!! Good job though for picking back up. I bet you wont feel like a beginner all over again!!
